If you're anything like me, you're well-acquainted with the snooze button at 5:30 am. I have the best of intentions when it comes to how I approach my morning, and in my mind, it usually includes a version of me that is productive af. In reality, it's another story. What is usually the results is about an hour of bullshitting (looking at YouTube, scrolling the 'gram, or just watching the back of my eyelids for a disappointingly short nap) before I get up to officially begin my routine. Suffice to say, simple and easy breakfasts are literally my bread and butter in the mornings to start my day off on the right foot.
When I'm satiated and well-fed, I'm ready to face the day in full abandon. Below are three of my favorite easy breakfast meals that will help you start your mornings off right.
Peanut Butter + Banana + Waffle
Oatmeal + Strawberries
1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter
Handful of Strawberries, Sliced
Avocado + Toast + Eggs
1 Slice of Bread, Toasted
1 Avocado, Mashed
2 Soft Boiled Eggs
If none of the options above are available or desirable, I'm also partial to a nice bowl of Greek yogurt with some assorted berries and granola on top in the morning.
